MONDAYS: 6am, 8am, 12pm, 430pm, & 6pm

Tuesdays: 9am, 12pm, 430Pm, & 6pm

wednesdays: 6am, 8am, 12pm, 430pm, & 6pm

thursdays: 9am, 12pm, 430pm, & 6pm

fridays: 6am, 8am, 12pm, 430pm, & 530pm

Saturdays: 10am, & 9am   (partner wod-do not need one to come)

 

OPEN GYM HOURS: 

Sun-friday 10am-12pm

tues & thursday: 6am-730am


Teens: ages 11-16
Tues & thurs: 330-430pm no summer classes...they can take group wod's

Strength Class:

Tuesday & Thursday 6am-730am


WOmen's WOD:

wednesdays 8-9am no july classes... will resume


Mobility:

mon-thurs 530pm-6pm

YOGA:

sundays: 9am-10am
