fridays: 6am, 9am, 12pm, 430pm, & 530pm

Saturdays: 8am, & 9am   (partner wod-do not need one to come)

 

OPEN GYM HOURS: 

monday-sunday: 10am-12pm

Tuesdays 1-3pm

tues & thursday: 6am-730am and 7pm-8pm
