Tuesdays: 9am, 12pm, 430Pm, & 530pm

wednesdays: 6am, 9am, 12pm, 430pm, & 530pm

thursdays: 9am, 12pm, 430pm, & 530pm

fridays: 6am, 9am, 12pm, 430pm, & 530pm

Saturdays: 8am, & 9am   (partner wod-do not need one to come)

 

OPEN GYM HOURS: 

Sun-friday 10am-12pm

tues & thursday: 6am-730am 

Monday 3-430pm

TUes & Thurs 630-8pm

WEds & Fridays 630-730pm 


Teens: ages 11-16
Tues & thurs: 330-430pm no summer classes...they can take group wod's
