GROUP acclimation course: $60  

PRIVATE FOUNDATION: $150/ 4 CLASSES (at your convenience)


 WHY and intro course? 

An introduction program is ABSOLUTELY ESSENTIAL for CrossFit.  The variety of movements and eventual intensity in some CrossFit workouts require appropriate coaching and exposure for safety and efficacy.  class includes a warmup, skill review, movement instruction and screening, workout, cool-down and time for questions; all with a dedicated Coach.  Emphasis is on movement assessment and technique proficiency.  Athletes receive a gradual exposure to the intensity levels experienced in our group classes. Bring a water bottle, a light jacket, and wear workout clothes.

FUNDAMENTAL CLASS FOCUSES:

class #1: squats ( air squats, overhead, front, back, goblet etc)

CLASS #2 Presses (strict press, push prsss, push jerk, etc)

class #3 DEAd lifts (traditional, russian, sumo, etc)

class #4 olympic lifts (cleans, snatches)



WE TRAIN IN THESE DOMAINS BY USING THE FOLLOWING EQUIPMENT: CLIMBING ROPES, PULL-UP BARS, KETTLE BELLS AND BARBELLS, JUMP ROPES, ROWERS, AND GYMNASTICS RINGS…JUST TO NAME OUR FAVORITES.
